Summer clings tightly.

Yesterday’s photowalk was 18 miles – from my house to Pinnacle Mountain, the highest point around Little Rock, Arkansas.

I enjoy long photowalks a lot, but 18-miles might have been a bit much. I was not as tired as when I ran marathons, but my feet certainly hurt as much.

Throughout the walk, fall fought to take hold, while summer clung to life.

This gallery focuses on the change from summer to fall. I have a lot of other photos from this walk, unrelated to that theme, that I plan to share on social media.
